Dr Flora is well versed in Managing diseases of the elderly through Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment and formulating individualized treatment plans. Has vast experience in conducting various specialty clinics based on common Geriatric problems and Geriatric giants; CGA- Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment Clinic, Falls Clinic, Incontinence Clinic, Pain Clinic, Memory Clinic and Rehabilitation Clinic.

Prefers working with integrated healthcare involving multidisciplinary team including physiotherapist, social workers, nurses and nurse aides trained in geriatric care. She is actively involved in creating awareness regarding elder abuse and caregiver stress and providing guidance in the management of both. Has experience handling complex patients in homecare as well as assisted living and skilled nursing facilties (SNF).
