Very happy with Geriatric services here. Down to the detail everything was noted for the patient's progress, be it intakes- fluids/solids, meds, tests, physio, etc. I had to take the time to mention a certain hiccup with an external health insurance, which was well handled by Mrs. Pramila N. And Mrs. Selvamani from the operations was always in the know of each patient's requirement for a smooth stay. My wishes to the entire hospital team for their whole hearted efforts.

Very neat and clean private rooms, good doctors, nice hospital. Room cleaned regularly on daily basis, linens replaced every day and on request, fruit juices given regularly to patient. They took good care and have attendant bed in the room. They provide very good support for insurance and take care of claims. Hospital fees nominal not high or not low. My wife stayed there for a week and total hospital fees was around 1.3 lakhs excluding insurance coverage. They gave a kit with towel, soap and dental kit. Though I understand these towels are permanent for us and not reused for hygiene purposes but they have to wash our towels or give new kit to us every few days atleast. And even soap or dental kit is not replaced. No good Gynecologist here. Didnt see any paediatrician here. But a good hospital especially for elderly.

Hospital atmosphere and location are very nice. Immediate attention by doctors and nurses in ICU. Required investigation done very quick and it is appreciable. Room services and ward nurses services for senior people are very professional and helpful. For senior people diet food is nice and daily dietitian followup done and diet smashing food are I enjoyed a lot. Homecare assistance services are very nice and caring. I am very thankful to Dr. Mahesh and Dr. Sreedevi for this wonderful experience. Continue the same services for your growth.

Excellent team of doctors, last 8 months , my mother has been under their treatment and care . Special mention to the team of doctors at ICU lead by Dr Mitra abd house visits Dr Shankar, who needs extraordinary mention. Customer care , very very supportive. I have consulates a few doctors too personally - very patient with patients 🙏

Our recent admission in this hospital was so smooth and everything was well take care of. The management, doctors, nursing staff and helper people were all very cordial and helpful and took very good care of us. The insurance department (the head and Ms. Pramila) also was very efficient and we didn't have to bother about anything. We only had to focus of taking good rest and early recovery. Very glad we had chosen this hospital for our medical needs. Thank you for everything. Keep up the good work.
